Changing an order
Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to your order after you've placed it. However, if you contact us inmediately after placing your order we might be still in time to cancel it before it ships. Otherwise, you can return the package within the return period.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order.
Small orders are sent in a discrete envelope, with no mention of the sender. For bigger orders which do not fit in the letterbox, we use a box. The sender is O. Alvarez.

Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order will be definitive and can no longer be returned.
If you use your right of cancellation, you have another 14 days after your cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping.
Returning your order by post or courier is at your own expense. We recommend you use a courier service which provides insurance for the value of the items you return or at least provides you with proof of shipment.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, the product will be returned to Emancipants in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange items.
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. It can nevertheless happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim the warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
